Shipping

Shipping time does not include our TAT/processing time.  Typically, we ship orders within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday); weekends and holidays not included.  You will receive a shipping notification to the email you used at checkout.  

Please keep in mind that USPS may be experiencing delays and packages may take longer than usual to be delivered.  Once an item has been shipped, we have no control of how fast your order will be delivered.  We highly recommend signing up for USPS updates to receive in transit notifications, expected delivery date or be informed of any potential delays. 

 

*SHIPPING TO INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY BUYER

We ship out to the address that is provided when order is placed.  It is the buyers responsibility to check that the address provided is correct or has been updated before placing an order.

If order was shipped out to an old address or an incorrect address and is returned to Laser & Color Designs LLC, we can either refund your order minus shipping cost or we can reship your order.  The buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.  Laser & Color Designs LLC is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages due to incorrect address.
